（1） Insert without removing the cover to prevent the structure from collapsing

Industrial grade industrial plugs have anti falling structure. CEE connector CEE standard industrial plug socket is an explosion-proof socket, and the temperature is limited below 32 degrees. A socket into which one or more circuit wiring can be inserted, through which various wiring can be inserted to facilitate connection with other circuits. A switch is arranged between the resistance of the weatherproof socket and the electromagnetic switch, the fuse and the electromagnetic switch are connected with the power line, the power line is provided with an electromagnetic switch normally open switch, and the electromagnetic switch normally open switch is connected with the socket. When unplugging, be sure to hold the handle of the power plug first, and then open the cover (waterproof box power socket) or loosen the interface ring (immersion power socket) to unplug the plug. Or you'll get stuck. Excessive use of force may damage industrial plugs.

2. The damp proof cover is not locked

The immersion proof power plug as shown in the figure does not lock the moisture-proof cover of the interface after unplugging or inserting. Very outdoors, which will endanger the antifouling and moisture resistance of the power socket.

3. Pull out the plug without pulling out the interlock

The structural feature of interlocking socket switch is that the power plug can be inserted only when the power switch is in the "0" position (i.e. turn off the power), while in the "1" position (i.e. insert the power), the power socket is locked by mechanical equipment and the power plug cannot be pulled out. Some people do not master the basic principle of its structure. When the power switch is at "1", they still have to pull out the power plug, or even try to pull it out. As a result, the plastic box shell of the interlocking switch is worn, as shown in the figure:

4. Grab the cable and pull

Because there is a cable clamp inside the power plug, under normal conditions, the cable clamped by it is not easy to slip off. But when some people pull out the power plug, they just grab the cable and want to pull it out. In that case, the cable will be torn or dropped out after a long time.

5. The industrial plug left on the road has been polluted by the environment

The waterproof box type power plug of industrial plug generally does not have a cover. Although the plug has chassis maintenance, it is still exposed. Leaving it on the road is easy to cause wind sand or water pollution. Over time, it will rust and damage conductivity and application. Therefore, it is better to put the power plug or RF connector on the road or return to humidity when it is not offline.
