High-quality industrial plugs have certain requirements in terms of resistance, which is usually low, ranging from a few milliohms to ten milliohms, and will not affect the current at all during use, so as to maintain stable and reliable operation. And insulation resistance, literally, is to determine the insulation performance of the internal contact parts between industrial plugs and the shell, which must meet the requirements in order to ensure the safety of products. Electrical resistance determines the electrical strength of products in application, that is, the stable performance of subsequent products in use, which is more important in this respect. Only when the electrical strength reaches the standard, can the products reach a certain voltage resistance in application and meet the use requirements of some industries. Third, environmental performance. Environmental performance is the choice of the product in use environment, and the power socket can be used in harsh environment, because the product has good environmental performance, can be used relatively stably in various high temperature, underwater and vibration environments, and has high temperature, humidity and impact strength. Let's talk about the current restrictions on industrial plugs from several aspects. First of all, in terms of temperature, this product is mainly used in some places with severe temperature environment, and can be used very stably in some high temperature environments as high as 200℃ and some low temperature environments as low as 65℃.
